VB Based Specialty Sand Pump Systems Development Technology Research

This paper major in making second-development system through integrating selecting part,modeling part, standarding special part for oil pump with resisting sand based on softwareVisual Basic and Solidworks.Modeling the integrating system of specail oil pump with resisting sand based on API ofSolidworks, then modeling the individual modules based on Solidworks, at the same time,improving Microsoft Office Access database to be the standard parts database of the special oilpump for improving the shareness of modeling, automation and information resourse for thepurpose of reducing designing job and working cycle.At first, analysing the feasibilityand requirement of the integrated system of the special oilpump, and confirm the general purpose and function. Then making the calculating designationof the oil pump on specially working situation. Then during the system analysis, to establish arelatively complete system function modules, and create special sand pump standard partsdatabase systems.At last, finishing the designation of code and interface of the system program,and integrated all the individual function modeles to be a system.Making the experiment of the integrated system after finishing the second-development ofthe oil pump, it expressed that it can reduce the designing job and working cycle throughimproving the shareness of modeling, automation and information resourse on the integratedsystem of the oil pump.
