Amorphous alloy material with good physical and chemical properties are increasingly popular.how ever, the bulk metallic glass is hardly to prepare. In this paper, we try to prepare the amorphous alloy by QM-BP planetary ball milling. And furthly, ato press them together by a hot pressing process to make bulk materials in. TheThesis includes following sections:(1) using plantary ball milling,Ni48Ti48Nb4and Cu60Zr30Ti10alloy powder with full amorphous phase was prepared.. the influence of milling time,ball-materials ratio and milling speed to the amorphous forming process was studied.(2) useing x-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), we studied glass forming process of Ni48Ti48Nb4and Cu60Zr30Ti10alloy powders during milling. The evolution of composition, structure and microscopic morphology of the alloy powder is observed, finally, the obtained amorphous alloy powder can be proved to be uniform composition.(3). The bulk matersials is obtained by hot press method. In the pressing process, the change of viscosity with temperature of these two materials is measured by viscosity meter. The heat flux is also recorded by a DTA equipment. We found that in supercooled region, the viscosity is low enough that the amorphous powder can\be preesed togther.
