| The cement industry due to its large output, high energy consumption, low resource utilization, it becoming a key industry in the national implementation of "energy conservation" strategy. The progress of "two grinding and one burn" in cement production is the biggist energy consuming. Adding a very small amount of grinding aids in cement is a commonly method be used. In present, most of the grinding aids on market are compound from a variety of surface-active substances. But they are always lack of instability because of its raw materials which have a complex sources. In order to improve the quality of grinding aids, synthetic polymer aids become a research hotspot, and it is the future direction of development of grinding aids on cement.This paper focuses on triethanolamine (TEA), triisopropanolamine (TIPA), which were widely used in grinding aids, and esterification modified with maleic anhydride (MA). Study the effect of the grinding efficiency and physical properties with the esterification products in portland cement. The experimental results show that TEA or TIPA can react with MA without catalyst, and generate products named maleic acid triethanolamine ester (MT) and maleic acid triisopropanolamine ester(MI). When the ratio of TEA or TIPA and MA are1:1, the esterified products have a best grinding efficiency in the same dosage conditions. With the dosage of0.05%, the surface area were increased by5.9%and9.6%, and optimized the particle size distribution of the cement. In the other hand, it also improve the mechanical strength of the cement mortar in3d and28d of a varying degrees.Secondly, the effect of the grinding efficiency and physical properties with the grinding aids which were copolymerization react by esterified products and acrylic acid(AA) which named polycarboxylate-triethanolamine ester (MTA) and polycarboxylate-triisopropanolamine ester (MIA) in portland cement were researched. TheThe results show that when the dosage of TEA:MA:AA=1.0:1.0:3.0, TIPA: MA:AA=1.0:1.0:3.0, the aids have a best grinding efficiency, The surface area were increased by11.0%and12.9%, and a substantial increase in the content of the particles of the cement3~30μm. By the result of different dosage of grinding aids, and consider the marginal effect of grinding aids, the best dosage of MTA is0.07%while MIA is0.05%.Fly ash cement grinding experiments to determine the MTA and MIA aids on the fly ash cement also has a good grinding effect, and can enhance the fly ash cement3d,28d mortar strength. |
