Taking the bulk curing barn structure of tobacco baking facilities and the loading density of curing process as the two key links, in the light of the bulk curing barn structure and ecological conditions of Jiangxi province, with the fresh leaves of main variety K326as the research object, using the large area promotion of large and small brick structure of bulk curing barn, this article conducted contrast experiment and application on the loading density of different type of bulk curing barn by loading leaf with pole under different ecological condition. The main results were as follows:1. Different loading density had influence on the wind speed at tobacco leaf clearance. Whether the lower leaf, cutters, or upper leaf, different loading density caused different wind speed at tobacco leaf clearance, and wind speed at tobacco leaf clearance increased with the increasing of loading density.2. Tobacco baking with the small brick structure of bulk curing barn(4meters long,2.8meters wide,3.1meters high), in the season of too much rain, the lower leaf loading density should be controlled in165rod,140leaves per rod. During the middle season of baking, too much rainfall and during the later season of baking, less rain, the cutters and upper leaf loading density should be controlled in180rod,140leaves margin per rod.3. Under the large brick structure of bulk curing barn (8meters long,2.8meters wide,3.3meters high)and ecological conditions in Jiangxi province, the lower leaf loading density should be controlled in320-330rod,140leaves margin per rod. The cutters leaf loading density should be controlled in360rod,160leaves margin per rod. The upper leaf loading density should be controlled in360-390rod margin,160leaves margin per rod.4. For a long time, loading density of bulk curing barn in Jiangxi province is overall low, tobacco baking with the large brick structure of bulk curing barn, the lower leaf loading density usually be controlled in280-300rod margin, the cutters and upper leaf was330rod margin. Tobacco baking with the small brick structure of bulk curing barn, the lower leaf loading density usually be controlled in140-150rod margin, the cutters and upper leaf was150-160rod. The results of experiments and demonstrations showed that in the light of the actual ecological condition of Jiangxi province when baking the mid-lower leaves, too much rain, baking upper leaves, mostly high temperature and drought, appropriately increasing the loading density is favorable for the formation of high-quality tobacco.
