| NOx emissions from heavy-duty diesel vehiclesaremore than48%of the total diesel vehicles NOx emission, and heavy-duty diesel vehicle is the top priority of the motor vehicle emission reduction.By collecting data and literatures, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign heavy-duty diesel NOx emission control methods including regulatory measures and technical means and emission factor test methods and calculation modes. We research the status and activity level of heavy-duty diesel vehicle NOx emission in China. This study carries out real road emission test of the typicalvehicle and diesel engine emission test. We study the effect of the working condition of the engine, the diesel fuel quality and additives on the diesel engine NOx emission.Considering the NOx emission factors from vehicle test, bench test and literature research, we use scene analysis method to calculate the management of these control methods for heavy-duty diesel vehicle NOx emission reduction potential, and analyze its feasibility. The results show that there is a big gap compared with Europe, America and Japan in the NOx emission control method of heavy-duty diesel vehicles, which include emission standards, fuel standards, technical means and environmental management on the cars in use. The NOx emissions of heavy-duty diesel vehicles are affected by bymultiple factors, including human factors, operating conditions, the oil situation, the external environment, the control technical route and its adaptability. Effectively reducing NOx emissions of heavy-duty diesel vehicles in China, we need the three control methods "ar, oil and road" synergy and support the implementation. |
