Nano-scale materials are widely applied because of their unique structures and corresponding properties. Nano-template materials have significant potential in the fabrication of nanostructure. AAO (Anodic Aluminum Oxide) membranes have the advantage for such application due to their controllable structure, flexible fabrication and low cost. Supported by the National Nature and Science program’Research on fabrication on conductive polymer via hot embossing’(No.50905162), this thesis gives out the research on nano-structure fabricating and application based on AAO.In chapter1, the background of nano-scale materials and the current research of AAO template are introduced. Then the study of dissertation is proposed.In chapter2, based on the theory of the AAO growth and the physical condition of electric field, a model of the linear stability analysis and scale analysis of the pore diameter in the process of the anodization is established.In chapter3, the intensive discussions are carried out to find out the methods to control the complex morphologies of AAO by Two-step Anodization. The key factors that can control the morphology of AAO membranes are analysed by SEM.In chapter4, PDMS (Poly-dimethylsiloxane) was fabricated with AAO membrane as a template to create nanostructure on its surface. The morphology of the PDMS films with nano-structure as replicas are observed and discussed by AFM.In chapter5, the PDMS films with nano-structure that have low surface energy and appropriate surface roughness are obtained. The relationship between the different roughness caused by different AAO templates and the CA is discussed intensively.In chapter6, the PDMS films with nano-structure are used in cell culture for MKN45cell. Experimental results of photomicrograph and cell counting indicated the influence of the nano-structure to the growth of the MKN45.In chapter7, the conclusions are summarized and the further research is forecast.
