| The development of marine antifouling coatings is risky, difficulty, long period, evaluated dated and hard to ration. Though traditional toxic antifouling coating can prevent marine biofouling, it causes serious pollution in the marine environment. With the creasing demand for environmental protection, it is necessary to research nontoxic or low toxic antifouling coatings.The purpose of antifouling coating performance evaluation is to evaluate antifouling coating antifouling performance fast, select antifouling paint formulations in short time, shorten the novel antifouling coatings development cycle, and reduce development cost. At present, domestic and foreign, the research specifically for antifouling paint on biological properties are not much, and did not form a system yet. Therefore, to establish a kind of simple, fast, quantitative, wide applicability, and good repeatability indoor anti-pollution performance evaluation method is very necessary. In this paper, the effective components of antifoulant antifouling coatings were researched, its related performance were tested by biological methods, and get a better result.In this paper, nano TiO2powder was catalysed by UV to suppress the marine bacterial growth, the effect was counted and detected. The results showed that, with appropriate wavelength,the nano TiO2can produce strong oxidizing material which has good bactericidal effect on the bacterial.Four types of compounds, which were stress factors on balanus reticulatus â…¡ nauplii growth effects, were tested using the toxicity test method for aquatic organism. The LC50was used as the evaluation index. The results showed that, all of the four kinds of compounds have good toxicity on the barnacle nauplii II, but due to the different structure and functional groups, the toxic effects of them were slight different.Appropriate compounds were added in good condition of algae, algae growth inhibition rate was used as evaluation index, the effect of compounds on algae growth were studied. The results showed that, several compounds have the effect of inhibition of the growth of algae. |
