Xin Chang gas field is in the west of the uplift zone that NEE to the middle Xiaoquan to Fenggu in the Chuanxi Depression of Sichuan basin. It’s a local traps of the Xiaoquan to Xinchang duplex anticline. We still do not know the gas and water distribution and the controlling factors, and it restricted the gas exploration and development process of this area, we need to make next work to figure out the reasons.On the basis of the water features and six drainage gas production methods of the gas pool of the2nd segment of Xujiahe formation. We study the gas and water distribution and the connectivity, then establish the gas production optimization model.We get the results and understanding as follows:(1)There is a connectivity among Xin851, Chuanxiao560, Chuanxiao565, Xin853, Xin856, Xin2, Xin3, Xin201, Xin202and Xin301.(2)We can divide them into3categories:1st,water vapor rose type, like the Xin2. Xin3, Xin5,Xin202, Xin856,Xin853, Xin501;2nd,the water vapor stable type, like the Xin201, and Xin301.3rd, the water vapor decreased type, like Xin6.(3)The various gas drainage technologies vary adaptability, and actual operation requires specific issues to consider. We can not ignore the ecomomic and technical indicators.(4)There are many questions of the preferred method of drainage and gas, like the subjectivity is too strong, the calculation process is too complicated, so identify a relatively objective method is more useful, it can avoid the subjective arbitrariness and inconsisitency.(5)Program optimization method based on fuzzy consistent matrix established by the the precedence relations coefficient quantitative description of a number of programs to be preferred in the pros and cons of each of these factors, the preferred result is relatively reasonable, the calculation process is also easy to understand.(6)Comprehensive evaluation fuzzy consistent matrix method, considering the technical and economic indicators of the gas drainage technologies process costs, payback period, water production, gas production, the shortest operating cycle, efficiency, reasonable assurance that the system of water production wells, improving economic efficiency the effect is significant.
