| As a new method of treating waste water,the photocatalytic technology is widespread concerned,due to it has the low energy consumption, easy operation, mild reaction conditions, no secondary pollution and other prominent advantages, in this dissertati on, we prepared doped Zn0Photocatalytst and Phenol,Methyl Orange and Ammonia as the study object was leading research.The main contents were presented as follows:(1)Doped ZnO photocatalyst was prepared by Homogeneous Precipitation with Zn(NO3)·26H2O and CO(NH2)2.The results showed that doped Zn0photocatalyst with best activity was obtained when the n(CO(NH2)2): n(Zn(NO3)2·6H2O)was3:1reacting200min under90℃.The phenol degradation rate of zinc oxide is93%.Prepared by Microwave-doped nano-zinc oxide catalyst glycol dosage of30g,10cycles of heating cycle heating2%Ag-doped,doped with1%Cu-doped system with high photocatalytic performance.(2)Doped ZnO photOcatalyst was prepared by sol-gel with Zn(Ac)2·2H20and H2C2O4and CH3(CH2)llSO3Na.The results showed that doped ZnO photocatalyst with best activity was obtained when the Zn(Ac)2-2H2O was6g, H2C2O4was10.50g, V ethanol was55mL, V water was30mL, CH3(CH2)11SO3Na was0.6g reacting under70℃and drying under80℃.Zinc oxide doped with1%Ag-doped and doped with0.5%Cu-doped have high photocatalytic performance.(3) We used self-made Ag/ZnO photocatalyst to decompose several waste water such as Phenol, Methyl Orange and Ammonia. We also discussed the effects of the light source and light intensity, different catalysts, reaction time, the amount of light catalytic.The results showed that the best photocatalytic is Ag/ZnO. Phenol and Methyl Orange degradation rate were reached100%after3h with UV lamps, also Ammonia degradation rate were reached100%after6h with UV lamps. Repeating four times the degradation effect is still very good, without inactivation.(4) With the the SEM scanning catalyst, it is confirmed the surface of Ag/ZnO is smooth, uniform particle size distribution, good dispersion reunion. |
