Pipeline crossing structure is inevitable when laying the field pipeline for a long distance in some complex geological cases, such as mountain stream and river. When oil is need to be transported temporally crossing a river or a canyon, a temporary pipe bridge which can be fast laying, disassembling easily and conveniently transporting needed to be constructed.Suspension Assembly pipeline crossing structure with above-mentioned important characteristic is an ideal method of pipe crossing. Finite element software can build models when making design calculations, meanwhile, verifies the results of numerical computation method. The shape of the suspension cable structure was found using the theory of large deformation in ANSYS. At the same time, based on the pipeline crossing structure mode analysis, response of this structure for eight grade wind was considered. Design and calculate anchorage of the structure and find out its working condition in all kinds of typical soils.Analysis and calculation of prefabricated cable span structure referred to relevant theories of suspension Bridges. Prefabricated cable span structure also can be seen as a simple structure of the suspension bridge from a design perspective, which was provided with more flexible, small working load and small width. So it was discussed take example by the traditional theory of suspension bridge.Main research contents:the static calculation of suspension cable with different span and elevation difference; span and elevation difference affects joint angle between pipe couplings and work out permissible maximum elevation difference when the structure in different span; the static calculation of suspension cable with wind load; dynamic response and Modal analysis of this structure; computes the strength of main accessories such as pylon, sheave shaft and so on; design of anchor and its working condition in different geological conditions.
