Up to now, the number of oil wells whose casing has been broken has reached689in Changqing oilfield company oil production plant No.2, accounting for18.4%of the total number of oil wells, which seriously hampered the sustainable and stable development of the old oil field.In the governance process of the casing broken wells, the casing patch process is one of the most effective means. This article focuses on the basic principles, features, application range of the casing patch technology and the application effect of gas driving force patch and bulged tube patch in the oil production plant No.2.The casing patch is one important way of the casing repair. On the basis of in-depth study casing failure mechanism of the thermal recovery wells and aimed at the technology development of the casing patch at home and abroad and aimed at the practice of the casing repair work in Changqing oilfield, the application of the improved packer structure which can test leakage improves the packer rubber tube quality, consummates the looking for leakage and the testing seal technology in the casing patch process, improves the primary success rate of looking for and testing leakage. This article dissects the reshaping technology of the casing deformation wells, surveys and studies the anti-sticking and hydraulic pressure reshaping tools. On the basis of the casing patch tools of the hydraulic pressure expansion, the tools’ structure is improved and self-stringing casing patch tools are successfully developed, which overcomes the below two questions such as the tight pulling setting and the shear pin force destabilization of the casing patch tools of the hydraulic pressure expansion.The research outcome further enriches and improves the casing patch technology, which offers the effective technical support for the restoration of the casing damage wells in Changqing oilfield.
