Waterflood development is the most profitable and effective technical measure for enhanced oil recovery in the development of the field since1940s. It is widespread used all over the world. Zichang oilfield chang2reservoir begin to inject water since2001. With the prolong of waterflood development, individually injection well hygroscope abnormal in every injected zone. A little first wells’ containing water move upward. Therefore, systematically understanding and evaluating the effect of waterflood must be imperative in recent years.Based on widely collected and studied geological data, logging data, production dynamic data, dynamic monitoring data, the oil well logging data and physical analysis report, etc. in chang2reservoir, the paper systematically studys oil reservoir geology characteristics, including the features of structure, layer, deposit and reservoir, etc. in Zichang oilfield chang2reservoir, analyses waterflooding dynamic conditions in chang2reservoir, understands the real current situation and existing problems in this area. To the existing problems, we start from the reservoir study, make full use of the production dynamic analysis, research oil-water dynamic change regulation, consummate the injection-production well pattern, decrease invalid water cycle, increase injected water volume, make the reasonable waterflooding technique policy boundaries, accomplish the aim that slows oilfield production decline, enhances oil recovery and increases recoverable reserves of oilfield, improve the development effect in oilfield, provide theoretical guidance to the high development in Zichang oilfield chang2reservoir.
