It finds out that one of the main reason causes the bad managing benefits is the unreasonable logistic delivery patterns. At the same time, too many logistic delivery links and delayed information are also the important reasons which impact company’s benefits.According to the process that refined oil was delivered from the refinery factory to the oil deport, the data was analyzed by statistic method. Through the analysis of oil depots’ logistic delivery system in the middle area of Shanxi Province, we put forward that increase the logistic delivery quantity of Xi’an, Fu Linbu, Gaotian, Bin county oil depots by taking advantages of Changqin Petrochemical, Qinyang refinery, Baoji’s47oil depots, and close some low-beneficial oil depots such as Maolin, Cai Jiapo, Tongguan oil depots, then we will save1308.98ten thousand yuan every year; Through the analysis of oil depots’logistic delivery system in the south area of Shanxi Province, we put forward that close Luonan, Zha shui, Shanyang, Xunyang, Ziyang oil depots, increase road logistic delivery of Changqin Petrochemical, and enhance the logistic delivery quantity of Shi Mapo, Yang county, Mian county, Wu Lipu oil depots, then we will save97.18ten thousand yuan every year; Through the analysis of oil depots’logistic delivery system in the north area of Shanxi Province, we put forward that close Gao Maowan, Wubu, Whimper Spring oil depots, and increase the logistic delivery quantity of Yan’an refinery, Yongping refinery and Yu Lin local refinery, then we will save135.33ten thousand yuan every year. Adding up to the three areas, Shanxi Marketing Company can save transporting costs1541.49ten thousand yuan every year.Moreover, this paper researches the shortest route from oil depots to gas stations. The liner model was used to optimal the routine.The study object is the area of Xi’an, which is plotted out for five regions. After that, the model of Vehicle routing problem is constructed. Then with the help of software ILOG-Cplex, the solutions are gotted.
