This paper analyses the high back pressure formation mechanism of oil well groups, and summaries the formation reasons and harm, propose control mersures for the oil production status, and evalues the implementation effect.Adopting statistical analysis and indoor experiment method, bases on a large number of domestic and international technology research, around the production performance status quo of high back pressure well groups of some blocks in Suijing, Ansai and Jing’an Oilfield which are administered by Changqing oil production plant No.4, analyzes generation mechanism and influencing factors; takes the the wellhead back pressure reduction as central, develops concrete methods and measures to reduce back pressure of different type wells through lab experiments.There are several studies included.First,counts and analyses the production means and oil pipeline data of high back pressure well groups, and analyses the effect of high back pressure impacts on the production.Second,analyses generation mechanism and the concrete reasons.Third, measures and analysis the viscosity-temperature curve of crude oil, at the same time, evaluates and selects viscosity reduction, friction reducing agent for the laboratory;Last,according to the specific reasons of high back pressure generation,develops different measures for reducing pressure.
