Tubular heat exchanger is heat exchange equipment which now used in petroleum refining, chemical engineering and nuclear power industries. It is made up of tube box, tube sheet, shell, tubes, baffles and other components. The most difficult and long time processing in these components is the processing of the hole in the tube sheet. One reason is the quantity of holes is very big, which is generally above1000, the other reason is that the material of tube sheet generally is difficult-to-cut material such as Stainless steel.In this paper, the deep hole drill selection test was done by analyzing of super thick tube plate tube hole processing difficulties and deep hole drilling characteristics. Formulated the processing efficiency of super thick tube plate deep hole, then set a reasonable parameters of cutting and system adjustment parameters, completed the comprehensive control of drilling process especially the accuracy of machining. At last, draw a set of efficient deep hole processing technology through the actual drilling test verification. The process satisfies our demand of high efficiency and high precision in the machining process of super thick tube plate holes, the efficiency can be improved eight times than before with guarantying the accuracy, solved problems in our company such as long processing cycle and the difficulty of accuracy guarantying...
