Research On Applied Technology For Oil Well Measure And Condition Analysis Based On Information Fusion

With the implementation and promotion of digital oilfield, oil field productionmanagement mode gradually realize the digital, visualization, network and intelligent,implement real-time, dynamic and information monitoring in production operation, realizefine and standardized management for the oil field production and development. Combinedwith digital oilfield construction and experimental research project, this paper researches oilwell production and working conditions analysis technology which based on informationfusion, and is of great significance to optimize the oil field production process and productionorganization structure, establish integrated management information platform and improveproduction management efficiency.The paper according to the request and the characteristic of the system, start with thebasic theory of information fusion, design the hierarchical structure, logical structure andfunctions of the system, and then the information fusion system structure of oil wellproduction and construction analysis was established. Combines the oil well productionprocess and oil well production related parameters, this paper analyzes the theory foundationand computing method of conditions of oil well production and condition analysis, introducesthe pump dynamometers processing algorithm with the pattern recognition method detailed,obtain the fluid volume and work conditions at last. According to the implementation of digitaloilfield and the request of real-time indicator diagram data acquisition of oil well, achieved thehardware design of the oil well production and conditions. According to the system’sknowledge and frame structure, and established software structure and function of the oil wellproduction and condition analysis, the model has been established to related calculationmethod and procedure, and then get oil well production and project working condition analysissoftware. Programmed the establish model and relevant calculating method to get the oil wellproduction and condition analysis software.Used the system of oil well measure and condition analysis based on information fusionto batch calculate and analysis multi-port oil well of Dingbian Oil Production Site ofYanchang Oilfields digital demonstration area, the application effect is good, provide real-time oil well liquid producing ability and the work condition for oil field, achieve the applicationrequirements of digital oilfield development.
