In this paper, the Yong370well area of the ordos basin is the object of study. The chang6layer of Trias is the offtake target. Using the core observation, thin-section analysis, particle size analysis, regular physical properties, sensitivity, mercury penetration, scanning electron microscope and numerical simulation methods to research the Oil reservoir geology characteristics, reservoir characteristics, crack characteristics, the sedimentary facies, small layer contrast, and fluid seepage rule. On the base of the above research, the Efficient Development Countermeasure has been done and numerical simulation work has been done corresponding. The results show that:the chang6layers which is the main oil layer of yong370well area is made of off-white Thick layer of fine particle feldspar and Green, dark grey and black sandy shale and silty sandstone interbedded with different thickness. The sedimentary faqes of chang6is main of the delta front and deposition. Underwater distributary channel is the key framework sand body. The main role by structure of crack control, development and NW two groups NE crack system; Determine the best development plan for the determinant injection-production patterns among them:well spacing500net m,150m; row spacing The development of the optimization method for water injection method; Water injection timing synchronization for water injection; Oil production speed of about1.0%, and the early Reasonable formation pressure to keep the level of70%-80%; Injection-production ratio remains in0.98-1.02.
