| Portable single-phase high-frequency inversional air plasma cutting machine hassmall volume,light weight,works with the air,gets gas easily,is convenient tocarry,especially suitable for small batch,individual cutting in city area,can deal withurgent cutting demand.At present domestic portable single-phase high-frequency inversional air plasmacutting machine comprises an air compressor,cutting power and cutting torch andworkpiece clamping,needs to make all the parts together while cutting,make all theparts disassemble while carrying,is very inconvenient to use and carry.In order to solve the above problem,this paper develops an air compressor,cuttinggun and workpiece clamping,cutting power supply integrated portable single-phasehigh-frequency inverter air plasma cutting power supply.According to thecharacteristics of integrated portable single-phase high-frequency inverter air plasmacutting machine,determines target performance parameters.By comparison with other inverter main circuit topology, selects dual switchforward structure as the topology of the main circuit of inverter with IGBT. Designsrectifier input circuit with overvoltage protection and soft starting circuit,carry outdesign calculation and model selection to the transformeroutput inductor,the outputrectifier diodes and freewheeling tube, designs the control circuit of PWM chipSG3525and single chip computer based on STC12C5A60S2,analyzes the process andcompiles the MCU program.The principle of the various parts of the designed circuit are analyzed,builds anexperimental platform,the experiment on the performance of each part of the circuitand the power of the whole.The experimental results show that the design of thecircuit can achieve the desired functionality,performance parameters of power supplycan reach the design goals.The cutting machine`s working voltage is84V,cutting current is11A-16A,theworking gas pressure is0.3MPa-0.55MPa,can cut thick2mm steel easily. |
