Abstract:In order to achieve higher location accuracy in a large-scale space, studied a large-size high-precision ranging method based on the principle of the optoelectronic oscillator(OEO), turn distance measurement into the measurement of the frequency of the microwave signal, compared to traditional pulses measurement, phase measurement and interference measurements, the OEO measurement method can be achieved absolute distance measurement, while maintaining the measurement accuracy of the micron level.To discuss the main factors that lead to system instability and measurement error, the possible direction of development and improvement programs, method optimization and more controls can improve the measurement range and accuracy in the further.The main content of this paper include:1. In-depth study of the large-size high-precision distance measurement method for large machining, studied a new distance measurement methods and ideas.2. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of traditional measurement technology to analyze the advantages measurement method based on the principle of photoelectric oscillation, build frequency-length relationship measurement system and proposed single-loop and multi-loop measurement solutions.3. Choosing the reasonable experimental devices, according to the measurement method and solutions completed all experiments, and the experimental results are reported, in the measurement of one hundred meters, the system measuring discrimination is better than10μm.Proposed error compensation solution.4. According to the error compensation solution designed measurement compensation experiment, compensation measurement error is about μm level, the results are reasonable, verify the accuracy and feasibility of the OEO measurement methods.5. Analysis of the factors that may cause measurement errors, and optimize the solutions to adjust the direction of the development of the next experiment.
