| With the exploitation of oil resources, there is the occurrence of dislocation of casing ofoil wells because of various geological factors and the effect of production. If casing of oil wells isnot repaired, the production will not be able to go on. Now there are not effective measurements tomeasure the position of the dislocated casing because of the well situations, so casingcannot be repaired. This causes great economic losses to oilfield. In order to determinethe position of the dislocated casing underground, this article selects the method ofultrasonic detection to measure the distance. This article mainly studies thetransmission characteristics of ultrasonic in the mixed medium underground, analyzesthe feasibility of ultrasonic detection, determines the parameters of ultrasound, lays thefoundation for the development of follow-up detection system.Based on Comprehensive analysis of the ultrasound detection in China and abroad,this article analyzes the detection affects by characteristics of ultrasonic for theresearch object. Based on the principle of Ultrasonic Ranging, this article analyzes theerror of distance measurement affected by ultrasonic open-angle and the side flap,determines that if the relative inclination of the ultrasonic probe and the measured objectis less than5°, the detection result is more accurate, studies the sound fieldcharacteristics of ultrasonic transducer including study of ultrasonic probe, thestructure of sound field, ultrasonic directional, and the frequency response and blindspot of ultrasonic transducer, determines the structure and frequency of the ultrasonicprobe.Then, this article studies the law of transmission of ultrasound in the ideal medium,derives the wave equation, studies the law of ultrasonic transmission in mixed mediaand received the wave equation, studies attenuation characteristics of ultrasonictransmission in mixed media, including viscous attenuation, attenuation of thermalconductivity and scattering attenuation, determines the maximum distance thatultrasonic can reach in mixed media, and studies dynamic characteristic of ultrasonictransmission in mixed media to obtain the degree of influence of various factors for ultrasonic.In order to better study the law of ultrasonic transmission in mixed media, thisarticle builds experimental equipment on the floor for the experiment of ultrasonictransmission in mixed media, designs experimental scheme of ultrasonic transmissionin mixed media, does the experiments of ultrasonic transmission in ideal and mixedmedia, verifies the correctness of the theoretical derivation based on the analysis ofexperimental data. |
