Every year the loss caused by mechanical parts wear in our country is very big, highchromium cast iron hardfacing alloy is an important kind of low stress abrasive wearresistant alloy, because of its high hardness, good comprehensive performance and lowprice, much attention has been paid to the study of high chromium cast iron wear-resistantplate welding technology has important application value.At home and abroad this paper summarizes the development of surfacing weldingmaterial and welding thermal process of the research history and the latest development,analysis of the microstructure and the properties of high chromium cast iron hardfacinglayer, use the dissimilar materials based on the real morphology analysis method oftemperature field, temperature field of surfacing welding process produces a3d dynamicsimulation.This paper analyzes the welding tablet and establish its mathematical model, usingJMatPro software to calculate the thermal parameters of high chromium cast iron. Adoptthe method of surfacing welding in45#steel substrate preparation of high chromium castiron wear-resistant overlaying welding layer, studied different speeds on themicrostructure and hardness of high chromium cast iron wear-resistant alloy and the effectof using optical microscope, XRD, SEM analysis of the surfacing layer microstructure.Simulated the thermal physical parameters, based on finite element model of realtopography, write APDL language to solve the problem of a gaussian heat source movingon a curved surface in the ANSYS software is used to calculate the temperature fieldunder the action of moving heat source, analyzed the setpoint at different speed when thetemperature changes, through the contrast to find the speed of optimization. Analysis ofoptimal parameter selection different paths, the change rule of temperature gradientmorphology compared the simulated temperature field with truth.
