The Research On Holding Control System Of Wrapping-Roller In700mm Hot Tandem Rolling Strip Steel Recoiling Machine

With the technology and economy developing rapidly and demand forhigh-quality strip increasing continually, the way improving quality of strip has been ahot issue for strip production. Coiling machine is an important equipment for hotcontinuous rolling production, in which there is a big impact force affectingproduction yield and product quality seriously. Therefore, developing and researchinga step control system of unit roller has practical significance, which realizes leadingautomatic avoidance.The subject comes from an actual project about design of steel rolling equipmentin the new700mm hot continuous rolling production line of Shengfang advancingsteel plant. Referring to the field coiling process of coiling machine, to research and todesign an electro-hydraulic servo control system,which control position and pressure.Then this article use AMEsim and Matlab softwares to analysis the founded model inorder to research dynamic characteristics and influencing factors of the system indetail.Because response speed of position control link is not satisfactory and stability ofpressure control link needs to improve, this article designs a FNNC controller. FNNCcombines advantages of the two control strategies, which are fuzzy control and neuralnetwork control. It has good adaptability, robustness, structure and parameter learningability. About the response performance and stability, the controller improves manyproblems which traditional PID control has, so that it improves dynamiccharacteristics of automatic step control system. Based on simulation and researchplatform, this article checks dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servocontrol system. Passing the contrast, verify that FNNC controller has a better controleffect for the system.
