High-temperature resistant fibers are widely used in production of military andcivilian protective clothing, are also widely used in fire-fighting、steel-making that requirehigh-temperature environment, in addition, the high-temperature filtration products whichare made by high-temperature resistant fibers can prevent exhaust anddust into the air endangering human health of large-scale thermal boilers and steelmills.and the high-temperature fiber and related products is a growing demand, so thetimely production of high temperature product with very real sense.The thermal properties of High-temperature directly affects its performance andprocessing properties, Analysis of high temperature fibers of mechanical properties andheat resistance in order to determine the feasibility of processing and the use temperaturerange.The paper by polyimide, polyphenylene sulfide fiber, aromatic nylon1414,Teflon,Polysulfonamide five different high-temperature fiber thermal properties were studied.analysis of their thermal properties differences and in different temperature conditions ofthe variation of thermal properties, high-temperature resistant fiber used to determine thedifferent occasions, provide a reference for the use and research of high-temperaturematerials.This paper study the Fiber fineness of different high-temperature fiber by The cuttingmethod,study the density of different high-temperature fiber by ZMD series automaticelectronic density measuring instrument, study the moisture regain of five differenthigh-temperature fiber by an oven, study the appearance of morphology of five differenthigh-temperature fiber by an electron microscope, study the Structure of five differenthigh-temperature fiber by Infrared spectrometer,study the the change of the mechanicalproperties of different high-temperature fibers treated with heat,acidic and alkaline, studythe thermal properties of different high-temperature fiber by DSC, study the Thermal anddynamic mechanicalof high-temperature properties by DMA.the results show that:(1) The fiber were used in acidic environments, Teflon and Polyphenylene sulfidefiber than the other three have excellent acid resistance, so the temperature in the acidicenvironment, should be preferred to use both fiber;(2) The polyimide fibers in alkaline solution can dissolution, so in an alkalineenvironment, should not be selected polyimide fibers, in alkaline, Teflon and Polyphenylene sulfide fiber than the other three have excellent acid resistance, so thetemperature in the alkaline environment, should be preferred to use both fiber;(3) Study the specific heat of different high-temperature fiber by DSC, thespecific heat will be affected by heating rate andsample weight,so shoud choose a suitableheating rate and sample weight;(4) Study the thermal stability of different high-temperature fiber by DSC,the fiber ofpolyimide with high thermal stability, This is because the polyimide molecules containingheterocyclic structure, Teflon also has high stability, because the fluorine atom instead ofpolyolefin chain with the H atoms are also greatly increased the thermal stability;(5) Study the Storage modulus, Loss modulus, Glass transition temperature and Lossfactor of different high-temperature fiber by DMA,which aramid fiber1414has a highmodulus and frequency has little effect to high-temperature storage modulus, as thefrequency increases, the glass transition temperature and loss factor movementto high temperature, indicating crosslinking occurs inside the material, reducing themolecular chain flexibility, so that the glass transition requires more energy to overcomethe molecular segment within the required barrier movement and dissipation factorincreases as the load frequency, showing a decreasing trend, and in these five differenthigh-temperature fibers, PSAfibers have excellent damping properties.This paper research the high temperature resistant fibers for the specific use ofenvironmental, theoretical research and practical application close to the actualproduction,To use of high-temperature fiber has important theoretical guidance.
