Electrospinning Preparation Of Ultrafine Carbon Fiber And Modified

Carbon fiber is a kind of widely used new carbon materials, for combining theprocessing and performance advantages of the carbon and fiber material. In the currentscientific and industrial fields, carbon nanofiber has received widespread concern.Compared to the original carbon nanofiber, the preparation of composite materials withcarbon fiber and other nanoscale metal oxide particles have more practicality and value.The electrospinning method is a commonly used method of preparation of the fibermaterials, which is cheaper and more operational to scientists around the world. Thereare two ways to use electrospinning to preparation the carbon fiber with nanoparticles,one is surfaces loading and the other is mixer loading, and there are some limitationsand defects for both of these two waysGlutamic acid could increase the dispersion of oxide particles in electrospinningsolution by coating the particles surface. Inside the material, we mix the Fe₃O₄and PANto prepare the composite carbon fiber in this experiment. Uniformly dispersed andmixed material with ferromagnetism and conductivity could absorb the low-frequencyelectromagnetic wave has the larger application space.In the surface coated aspect, we used porous carbon fiber as substrate material andhydrothermal synthesis of V-MOFsin this experiment and explored a new preparation ofporous carbon fiber material at the same time. We confirmed through experiments thatthe pores structure of the fiber surface have a positive effect for loading nano-oxideparticles. And the fiber prepared in this way owns the better the performance as thesupercapacitor substrate material.
