Only in this way the urbanwastewater treatment plant can achieve stable and efficient operation and play a fullsocial and environmental benefits. The aim of the topic is to debug and operate Zoumawastewater treatment plant and judge the operation effect of wastewater treatment plantand research operating performance under non-normal conditions,which providetargeted operation strategy.Firstly, the thesis investigates the hour change and season change of the influentwater quantity and quality in Zouma wastewater treatment plant and define the theinfluent water quantity and quality. According to the monitoring of influent waterquantity from summer to winter, the study finds that the average influent water quantityof Zouma wastewater treatment plant is460m3/d。According to the monitoring ofinfluent water quality from summer to winter, the study finds that the fluctuations ofinfluent water quality in summer is comparatively large, the water quality indicators inmorning is generally higher than other periods,which is affected by dischargedindustrialwastewater,the highest COD,Ammonia,TN,TP is1693mg/L,67.8mg/L,83.9mg/L,8.8mg/L, respectively.the fluctuations of influent water quality in summer iscomparatively small,but the water quality indicators is generally higher,which is in thenon-normal conditions. the highest COD, Ammonia,TN,TP respectively is2845mg/L,121.4mg/L,156mg/L,33.2mg/L, respectively.The process in wastewater treatment plant is combined with activated sludge andbiofilms integrated process and constructed wetlands. In order to make the normaloperation, Activated sludge and biofilms integrated process should plan the start of theproduction scale, we make the activated sludge training plan and detect the basicperformance of activated sludge, after more than a month, the MLSS of activated sludgein the integrated process has achieved2000mg/L, we find a large number ofmicroorganisms and declare the success of activated sludge training.In order to make every process of wastewater treatment plant achieve its functions properly, we study to determine the best operating conditions of the integrated processand constructed wetlands, after many plant experimental studies, the operatingparameters of the integrated process and constructed wetlands is that DO in anoxic tankis0.5mg/L and in aeration tank is4mg/L, and reflux ratio should be controlled at200%with SRT of10d,and HRT is9.6h and hydraulic load in constructed wetlands is0.43m3/m2.d. With stable operation in best conditions, the wastewater treatment planthas good ability to remove contaminants. The concentration of COD, Ammonia,TN,TP ofthe effluent met Category B, Class1specified in <Discharge standard of pollutant formunicipal wasterwater plant>(GB18918-2002)In order to confirm the serviceability of integrated process and constructedwetlands, the research has investigated the treatment performance of integrated processand constructed wetlands under non-normal conditions. According to experimentalstudies, in the case of high concentration of influent, based on the best operatingparameters of integrated process and constructed wetlands. After experimental studies,when reflux ratio is300%, it has a higher removal of pollutants of COD, ammonia TN,TP, compared with reflux ratio of300%. In the case of low temperature, Afterexperimental studies, when SRT is20d, it has a higher removal of pollutants of COD,ammonia TN, TP, compared with SRT of30d.According to the treatment performance of integrated process and constructedwetlands in Zouma wastewater treatment plant, those small wastewater treatment plantcan change reflux ratio or SRT under non-normal conditions. |
