The manufacture of micro parts is the key and one of the determinant factors torealize the functions of precision mechanical electronics equipment, especially microlight electromechanical system (MEMS), and the micro molding of polymer is one ofemphasis contents. At present polymer micro parts are mainly molded by the microinjection molding machine, which exists problems such as the need of special microinjection molding machine、difficulties to control the molding temperature and quality。Micro molding technology of polymer based on ultrasonic plasticizing effect hasadvantages as molding with high efficiency、with no need for special heating device andeasy to control the temperature, however, the related research is rare.In this paper, the influence law of process parameters on the ultrasonic plasticizingwas studied through physical experiment and numerical method; Micro moldingtechnology of polymer based on ultrasonic plasticizing effect were deeply studied by themicro gear molding trial on the ultrasonic plastic welding machine, and vibrationextrusion of plastics was put forward for the first time. Following aspects were mainlystudied:①From friction heating effect and cavitations effect, mechanism of ultrasonicmelting plasticizing of polymer was discussed, and model of ultrasonic plasticizing wasalso summarized. Effects of ultrasonic frequency、acoustic pressure amplitudes andplasticizing pressure on the cavitations effect were mainly studied by using runge-kuttanumerical analysis method.②Ultrasonic plasticizing experiment of ABS was done with the design ofultrasonic plasticizing to research the effects of different ultrasonic amplitudes andplasticizing pressure on the ultrasonic plasticizing speed of ABS. The experimentalresult was compared with that of numerical analysis to further explore the mechanism ofultrasonic plasticizing of polymer.③M icro gear molding trial was carriedout on the ultrasonic plastic weldingmachine. Real-time physical state of PP was analyzed by measured the temperaturevariation to discuss the micro molding technology of polymer based on ultrasonicplasticizing effect.④A newtechnology of ultrasonic vibration extrusion of plastic was put forward.The essential difference between ultrasonic vibration extrusion and ultrasonic plasticizing molding was simply discussed with trial, which established the foundationfor subsequent researches.Through the research of this topic, micro molding technology of polymer based onultrasonic plasticizing effect and ultrasonic vibration extrusion of plastic has beenshowed on the basis of theoretical and experimental research。Related research providesa new train of thought for manufacturing of micro parts of polymer。...
