This dissertation is focused on the technical of the CNC gear grinding machineand designs a machine include parallel mechanism. Base on the machine tool, analysisthe kinematics and the dynamics. Also design the hydraulics and the control systemfor the gear grinding tool. The work has been completed as the follows:First of all, analysis the time&capacity of the different type of gear grindingmachine tools, and bring a scheme a knife shaft have two emery cutter which haveprofile modeling and hobbing. Based on the process, design the machine with aparallel mechanism as it positions’ adjustment. Also design the other mechanism forthis machine.Secondly, analysis the position&gesture of the parallel mechanism, get the solveand the reverse solve of it. Also get the work space of the parallel mechanism. Usingthe finite element software Abaqus did the simulation of the hobbing process. Withthe simulation analysis, get the Mises result and the cutting strength curve. And didthe modal analysis, get the mode of vibration’s pictures before10steps.Finally, using the method of synchronization, designed the hydraulic system.After analysis the process using Matlab, get the bode chart and know the stability andthe speedily of this system. And designed the electrical control system, after selectedthe components, the whole gear grinding machine had done already. At last, show thequality report for the first up to stand gear.
