The land area and total population in Chinese town has a large proportion of all.The total amount of national towns’ sewage produced each year can be up to morethan80t, if not processed directly emissions, will seriously affect our country townareas living environment, and within the basin of rivers, lakes and the quality of thewater environment cause great influence. At the same time, our country villages inthe distribution of population in general scattered, local concentration, thepopulation density is small, local economic conditions is limited, it is hard to findthe right treatment technology to carry on the effective treatment. In order to seeka special treatment process, and to energy conservation and emission reductions, can effectively use the resource recycling, provide towns sewage methane resourcerecycling and water recycling disposal method, this topic research put forward theUASB+micro flocculation filter+zeolite adsorption combination process. The experiment of towns sewage treatment system in UASB is under differenttemperature and HRT.The study found when the temperature is in18℃35℃, HRT is between the change from10to4h hour, UASB has the perfect COD,SS processing power, and strong acid-base buffering capacity. The system of basicstability of COD removal rate is85%or more, in the18℃to stay is above80%,the removal rate of basic stability of SS is more than80%, in the18℃it also canreach75%. COD concentration can be r in80mg/l. The out flowing water stabilitypH value is between7.0and7.2, and the out flowing water stability in50mg VFAvalue/l or so.Through PCR-DGGE analysis to the sludge in the UASB reactor found that, anaerobic Anaerolinea thermopHila bacteria has its advantages, when thetemperature drop down to20℃and HRT shortened to4hour and made a greatof contribution. The bacteria Methanosaeta concilii in the system have theadvantages. When temperature is low and hydraulic load increases, the number of itdidn’t change greatly. They are the main cause of biogas yield in these conditions.Study the thefollow-up process of combination technology found in research, the flocculation combination process is FeCl3do coagulant effect is much higherPAC, and in control of FeCl3dosing quantity for mgFeCl3/mgPO4-=6.0, filteringspeed control in the12m/h under the conditions of the towns sewage water toUASB for processing. The water flowing out can maintain the basic TP0.4mg/l orso. Zeolite by1mm adsorption process about the size of the hair zeolite material, in pH from6.0to8.0under the conditions of the filter for6m/h in the control speedis to ensure that the system in unit of time to produce a water yield of and guaranteesystem of water in the ammonia nitrogen15mg/l the following, meet the first Bband effluent standards. The study found that the combination of the towns sewage process can beefficiently pollutants, and the water will achieve a level B standard discharge, andcan also meet wastewater recycling of diverse demand in villages, combination oftechnology UASB system resources available for biogas generated from the villageresidents use daily life; Water out of UASB end can be used for irrigationfarmland water on farmland supplement and applying of nitrogen and phosphorusnutrition; At the end of the combined technique, water can be used as water reuse, alleviate the present situation of water resources nervous; Micro flocculation andfiltering phase of the filter material recycling can recycle adsorption, interceptionby N, P resources, above all, the whole process not only can ensure the combinationof towns sewage discharge standard, in the town of water resource recycling alsohas significant meaning and practical value.
