Preparation Of Ion-doped VO₂Thin Film And Research On The Thermally Induced Performance

VO2is a metallic oxide with thermally-induced phase transition property of which the transmission temperature is at68℃. While VO2transform from single inclined rutile into four winds rutile, its electronical and optical properties mutate. In order to apply VO2in "Smart Windows", in this paper, our major problem is on reducing VO2phase transition temperature,improving transmittance of VO2films and optimizing the preparation parameters.The results revels that using VO2powder as raw materials to make sol which the best concertration is30g/L. Add Abric gum as disperse reagent, make thin films of sol-gel dip-coating method, the best lifting speed is0.3cm/s. when preheat treatment to the thin films, heat to350℃at0.5℃/min, keep2h,and cool dowm to room temperature at the same rate.Then proceed heat treatment, with N2atmosphere, Heat to550℃at10℃/min, keep1h and cool dowm to room temperature at the same rate.Ion-doping can change phase transition temperature of VO2, we study the influence of doping NaWO42H2O and MoO3to VO2.When doped with1%W,3%W,5%W,1%Mo,3%M,5%M, the phase transition temperature is at45℃,30℃,below20℃,50℃,40℃,30℃.Combined doping influences more significant than sole doping. It is controllable that regulate the phase transition temperature of VO2via Ion-dopingl.For ameliorating bubble and peel, we plate a TiO2cushion on glass substrate to enhance the cohesion of films and sunbstrate, meanwhile cut off the grain dispersing into the functional films.As the refractive index of SiO2is lower than V2,we choose SiO2as anti-reflection film.It turns out,the index increased from62.5%to70.3%at550nm.
