Complex geological conditions, strong rich water, pit water gushing large ofZhongGuan Iron, all ore body buried in the mine water table. Ordovician limestoneaquifer system is the direct roof for the ore body and contact with account of skarn-typemagnetite bed. Form a complex ore body, near-ore rock and most of the ore body is lessstable. In order to ensure stability with curtain grouting, design subsequent filling miningmethod to control the rock deformation, slow rock movement, with the curtain to ensurein the range of security and stability. Therefore, to determine a reasonable stope structureparameters and filling body performance indicators, research mechanical mechanism ofstope rock and filling body is technical key bed of successfully solved complex anddifficult ore mining. For the complex hydrogeological conditions of ZhongGuan iron ore, based on theinvestigation at the scene, by means of theoretical analysis, laboratory testing, numericalsimulation tools to analysis of complex engineering geological conditions of ZhongGuaniron ore. And sampling from the filed, carried out analysis of physical and mechanicalproperties of tailings, filling materials of ZhongGuan Iron ore. Such as settling, slump,diffusivity of filling slurry, and3d,7d,28d strength of backfill body, for getting some ofthe relevant mechanical parameters of backfill body. And so further defined self-fillingbody strength of ZhongGuan Iron ore. Selected representative of the middle of South-230m (first adopted the middle) test for the engineering background, used FLAC-3Dsoftware to build a geological model of the stope, numerical simulation of different stopestructural parameters, study mechanical mechanism of rock and backfill, analysis stopestability of the stope different structural parameters, get reasonable structural parameters,used fuzzy mathematical comprehensive evaluation method verify. All of above providea theoretical basis for safe and effective recycling of resources of ZhongGuan Iron ore.
