| The casting is the first link in the chain of the machinery manufacturing process,whose quality directly affect the final performance of a component, so the castingtechnology holds an important position in the machinery manufacturing. The pouring isthe core in the casting procession, which determines the production and quality of thecasting products. So far, most of the factories in China still use manual operation tocomplete the pouring process, not only the working conditions is poor, labor intensive, butalso there are a lot of defective castings and low productivity at work.Firstly, this paper takes rotated gravity casting machine for example, analyzes theapplication status of the gravity casting machines at present in China and abroad. Aimingat the phenomenon that the hydraulic cylinder is given a large force when it rotates in thecasting process, the parameterized virtual prototype model of the rotated gravity castingmachine is built by the ADAMS software and then each hinge point position of rotatedmechanism is optimized design,the maximum output force of the hydraulic cylinder hasbeen minimal, that reduces the highest output pressure which is supplied by the the pump,and at the same time improves the reliability of the work.Secondly, in order to make the casting performance, through theoretical analysis thatthe relationship between the constant speed pouring and the rotated angle of the hydrauliccylinder is guided, so the constant speed pouring can be realizated by controlling thehydraulic cylinder’s rotated Angle. As a kind of anti pollution,low cast, better controlaccuracy valve in the hydraulic control system, the electro-hydraulic proportional valve isused to indirectly control the hydraulic cylinder’s therotated angular velocity of the gravitycasting machine. Consider this from the transmission and control perspective, which canyet be regarded as a new attempt and has great value to both theory and practicalapplication of hydraulic control system.Finally, in view of the rotated gravity casting machine in working process exist intwo states, the paper build the mathematical model of the valve control asymmetriccylinder for both positive load and negative load. The body rotated mechanism is analysed and researched,the drive mechanism mathematical model was built, then combining therotation speed control and the control parameters of the valve control hydraulic cylinderorganically, completed the mathematical model of the angular velocity control systemof, which has a certain theoretical value. The characteristic of the system is analysedbased on the control theory in this paper, parameter design and calculation formula isdeduced and established performance indicators parameterized expression of the system isbuilt. At the same time the theory of sutra control and modern time control are applied toturn and compensate the control system. The preliminary estimate of the system’s mainperformance is made by the software Matlab and Simulink. This paper also establish themathematical model of the PID controller, using the parameters online setting method todetermine the optimal parameter combination of the PID control, greatly improving thedynamic performance of the system. |
