China’s oil resources are widely distributed throughout the Northeast, North, South, Southwest, Central and parts of the southeast coast. After decades of land-based oil field exploitation, the majority have already entered the post-mining phase of high water, the average composite water cut reached70~80%, and some oil fields even as high as90%. According to the statistics, each year more than600million cubic meters of sewage produced, if such a large number of direct discharge produced water will cause very serious environmental problems. If the oily waste water treatment, re-re-injection layer, to supplement the formation pressure, not only avoid environmental pollution, and save a lot of water. Of the oil-bearing wastewater treatment and re-injection is the oil fields to achieve sustainable economic development and improve the cost-an important way. Means of water flooding to improve oil displacement efficiency is to protect the reservoir of energy, an important measure to stabilize oil production capacity, for different types of oil recovery of oily waste water and the different characteristics of the reservoir to recharge using the water quality standards, management of technology without do the same. With the world increasing requirements on environmental protection and water resources become tighter, countries are striving to develop efficient, low consumption of waste water treatment technology and equipment. Moreover, as China’s oil demand increasing year by year, the national oil strategy to ensure security, more "three lows" reservoirs (low yield, low permeability, low abundance) was developed to use on the injection water has raised more high demand. To meet the oil field development situation of new and efficient reuse of oilfield produced water purification technology to improve the water quality of water injection, has become a pressing issue. Starting from this part of the paper, the ultrasonic-integration of membrane technology in wastewater treatment equipment in the oilfield. First analysis of the traditional re-injection water treatment process, followed by PVDF tubular membrane with ultrasonic treatment were re-injection test, on the ultrasonic frequency, operating pressure, flow velocity and other operating parameters were optimized to predict the life of the membrane. Membrane surface through the detection and analysis of pollutants, to clarify the mechanism of membrane contamination. Experiments show that ultrasound-injection water membrane separation technology is integrated with the sterilization machine focus of the study of such technology through the application of polymer flooding of secondary treatment effluent filter, effluent quality and stability essential to achieve "511" water quality standards in the polymer flooding the field of wastewater treatment recovery has good application prospects.
