Nowadays, the soil, especially in the planting soil has become a huge store of the antibiotics, based on using Sulfonamides and other kind of antibiotics and by the value of fluorescence detection in Agricultural planting, A lot of safety problems in Ecological environment and human health caused by the transformation of Antibiotics in environmental media, especially when it got through the drinking water, food and other way into the food chain.This research choose the object of4sulfonamides (sulfamerazine (SM1), sulfachlorpyridazine (SCP), sulfadimoxine (SDM’), Sulfaquinoxaline (SQ)) Establish a method for the determination of4sulfonamides residues in feces of livestock and poultry by using HPLC-FLD、HPLC-UVD, discussed the relationship of4sulfonamides between feeding amount and production, researched the effects of degradation for4Sulfonamides in Feces of Livestock and Poultry During Composting Process. The Specific content as follows:l.The method for the determination of sulfonamides residues in feces of livestock and poultry, establish a method for the determination of4sulfonamides residues in Solid sample (dung, items of Composting) by using HPLC-FLD after extracted The samples by Oscillation extraction, concentration, derivative, establish a method for the determination of4sulfonamides residues in urine by using HPLC-UVD after Enrichment, purification samples with HLB。 The experimental results show that, In the optimized extraction solvent、conditions,4sulfonamides will be extracted effective, and SPE extraction enrichment has good purification and concentration effect.The calibration curve was linear in the range0.05-5.00mg· L-1and R2>0.999. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was2.3,6.3,4.3and9.6μg·kg-1for SM1, SCP, SDM’and SQ in Solid sample. The recovery efficiencies were74.91%-81.82%、78.45%-91.43%and86.10%-92.88%, with RSD<8.82%(n=5)at the spiking level50、100、1000μg·kg-1, The calibration curve was linear in the range0.05-2.00 mg· L-1and R2>0.999. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was0.83,1.12,0.69和1.82μg· kg-1μg· kg-1for SM1, SCP, SDM’and SQ in Solid sample. The recovery efficiencies were8.15%—86.24%、89.76%—95.78%and90.15%—98.50%, with RSD<8.82%(n=5) at the spiking level100,500,2000μg·kg-1。2.The research for traceability of4sulfonamides in Livestock and poultry, this experiments show that the effect of4sulfonamides were absorb in animals is not ideal,35.68~69.22%were expelled in matrix of the drug to form。 The emissions affected by feeding amount, the more you feed, the greeter amount of sulfonamides residual。3.The researches of degradation for4Sulfonamides in Feces of Livestock and Poultry During Composting Process show that antibiotics could be degradation by different different treatments of composting。 After35d compost test, the Degradation rate of4Sulfonamides were9.83~100%, and the Degradation effect of aerobic compost is better than Anaerobic compost, the treatments of Add conditioners is better than add nothing。...
