| The production process of SuLiGe gas field using downhole throttling and model to low pressure gas gathering, in western SuLiGe gas field, the initial production test show that not only there is a relatively water-rich area, but some gas wells is high aqueous gas. In view of the problems in the process of production of gas well, the subject analyze the situation of production test and the production status of gas well in western SuLiGe gas field, and hold that western SuLiGe gas field is volumetric gas reservoir, which is drived by elasticity and no significant border and bottom water.Gas well has the following characteristics of producing water:①Based on the principle of low-yield wells in western SuLiGe gas field, some gas wells is high aqueous gas and great output;②Su-48block is a relatively water-rich area.The relationship between gas and water is more complex;③The analysis of water samples shows that some gas wells is high mineralization,and producing water is the formation water;④producing a little condensate. Because part of the low-yield gas wells can’t completely meet the requirement of liquids from gas wells production, it will appear liquid loading in the bottom of a well and the well bore, so that it will cause that gas wells can’t normal production.In order to solve the difficulties of some gas wells draining and the problem of the abnormal production, we carry out the gas recovery by water drainage study in western SuLiGe gas field. In combination with low pressure gas gathering of western SuLiGe gas field,according to the demonstration and analyse on the existing gas recovery by water drainage, it optimize the two foam drainage technology which is fit for western SuLiGe gas field. We carry out the laboratory study on the possibility of throttling gas well foam drainage. And we gain the certain understanding.In western SuLiGe gas field, we test six throttling gas wells foam drainage in2009. On average the yield of single well add to500m3/d. By experiment, we optimize the refueling scheme of throttling gas well foam drainage.The refueling concentration of frothing agent is20%-30%. The quantity is50L-100L/times. The cycle is5-7days.By means of laboratory study and field experiment to optimize frothing agent filling process, we carry out on-site demonstration on the possibility of throttling gas well foam drainage. And test obtains the certain effect.It can also provide technical support for the small amount of water and the low-yield throttling gas well and similar gas field development. |
