Wastewater of forestry chemical industry containing COD, SS, oil and determine the use of coagulation flotation and membrane bioreactor processor of the process for processing. This paper focuses on aspects of debugging and running the actual project, discusses the different types of coagulant for the coagulation effect of such wastewater, to elect the best coagulant dosage, and coagulation between the agent and coagulant dosage ratio. Elaborated debugging running process, and in which the pollutant removal efficiency, and process operating parameters to make the narrative. Summed up the problems in the debugging and running, to provide a basis for subsequent normal operation.This research complete the construction in the enterprises which commissioned by, the following papers achievements are based on debugging and running:Works in the dosage of aluminum sulfate40mg/L and PAM dosage of3mg/L, the pH of influent wastewater is7to8, the numerical of COD,SS,OIL is279mg/L,20mg/L,26mg/L, coagulation and flotation, the effluent COD, SS, OIL removal, respectively,52%,50%,64%, the effluent concentration followed by135mg/L and9.6mg/L and9.5mg/L.In processor debugging of MBR,we inoculate before sludge acclimation. At early stage sewage don’t be put into the pool, only the flour was use as a nutrient supply, about seven days of the cycle according to the proportion of each30m3/d of sewage into the water and gradually increase the sewage until the sewage completely,the sludge concentration of2500-3000mg/L in processor debugging, the sludge concentration in the normal operation can reach to about5000mg/L, the effluent COD,SS,OIL concentration of30mg/L,6mg/L,3mg/L, meet the water requirements.The aeration rate in the processor of membrane bioreactor is a key control factors that directly affect the microbial activity and membrane fouling. On activated sludge stage, the biological oxidation of dissolved oxygen concentration at1~2mg/L, in normal operation, the concentration of dissolved oxygen control in the2~3mg/L. Transmembrane region aeration intensity was80m3/m2h.In the project running, in order to ensure the balance of the sludge concentration, we need to set a sludge pump30m3/h pumping the sludge back to the first bioreactor to ensure that the pool of sludge in biological treatment is t consistency...
