Ce、Na-pillared interlayer montmorillonite was prepared using the artificial Na-bentonite as starting material.Pillaring agent soulutions were prepared by adding different molar NaOH. In this theis, nickel phosphide was prepared in dispersion form on Ce-PILC support by means of the impregnation method.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), N2-adsorption specific surface area measurements (BET),H2-temperature programmed reduction (H2-TPR). The effects of different OH-/Ce on PILC and catalyst activity for the HDS.First, the Jiangxi guangfeng’s bentonite was purified and deal by NaCl, the bentonite was studied by the physical and chemical methods. the sesults indcined that after the purification of bentonite is satisfied as the carrier for catalyst. The samples containing nickel phosphide precursors were synthesized by impregnation method using pillared bentonite、acidic sepiolite、aluminum oxide、titanium dioxide as supports, nickel nitrate as nickel source, and diammonium phosphate as phosphorus source. Then, the catalysts with different Ni contents were prepared by temperature-programmed reduction. Thiophene hydrodesulfurization (HDS) was chosen as probe reaction to investigate HDS activity of the catalysts. The sesults indcined that the bentonite as carrier’s HDS activity is higher than the titanium dioxide、aluminum oxide and acidic sepiolite. It Shows that the bentonite as a new reminder of the advantages of the carrier.Determined the reduction of reaction temperature of500℃by the exploration of the experimental conditions. The Ce-pillared interlayer montmorillonite was collapsed when the reduction temperature is too high, caused the reaction activity of the catalyst and decreased the comversion rate. We studied that the different of loaded that effect of the activity of the catalyst, shows that the activity of the catalyst is maximum and the thiophene conversion rate is51%when the Ni2P catalyst by loading20%. Also the the thiophene conversion is highest under the condition of Ni/P mole ratio2:1. OH-is liquid plays during the process of the carrier was prepared.The results showed the catalytic activity of the Ni2P loading of10%(wt),a Ni/P molar ratio of2/1, calcined at500℃,reducted at500℃, and the reaction temperature of350℃. when the OH/Ce molar ratio of2.5/1the effect of pillared montmorillonite and the hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of thiophene is optimal,the thiophene conversion was47%.
