| In future, controllable thermonuclear fusion energy will be a significantchoice for mankind, such as confinement fusion(ICF). It’s a important pointabout how to improve the ideal incremental of the assist drive target. In thisstudy, it reported on the preparation of hollow polymer microspheres andself-assembly of colloidal crystals. Respectively, it would adopt emulsionpolymerization, alkali cooling and self-assembly method for preparation ofmonodisperse polymer microspheres, hollow microspheres and ordered structurecolloidal crystals.Monodisperse P(St-MAA) polymer and HP(St-MAA) hollow microspheresbased on emulsion polymerization-alkali cooling method were successfullyprepared. And the effect of MAA content, mass ratio of emulsifiers (Tween-80:Spant-80), pH value temperature on the morphology and structure ofmicrospheres were also examined. SEM, TEM and LPSA results indicated that:(1) When the MAA content was10%, the latex system was stable and theP(St-MAA) showed a sigificant monodisperse during emulsion polymerization.(2) In the polymerization process of P(St-MAA), it could get monodispersespheres by controlling the mass ratio of compound emulsifiers (Tween-80:Span-80=3:1).(3) Diameter, pore size and hollowness of HP(St-MAA) were330nm,184nm and17.33%, when the pH value was10.5with the sametemperature140℃.(4) At given pH value12.5, the pore size and hollowness ofHP(St-MAA) researched the maximum value when the temperature was125℃.Respectively, they were210nm and24.63%.SEM, LPSA and UV results for monodisperse micron/nano-spheres used inself-assemble indicated that:(1) The obtained CC-A colloidal crystals were fccstructure and had defects.(2) The number of colloidal crystals layers was relatedto the volume fraction of particles in the latex. With the volume fractionincreasing, the number of layers correspondingly increased, transmittivitydecreased, optical absorption enhanced and band gap narrowed.(3) Temperaturehad great influence on the assembly of CC-A colloidal crystals. Under50℃, themost close-packed structure could be obtained. CC-A colloidal crystals consist of spheres with diameters of316nm and309nm had the band gap at750nm and720nm respectively, which were near to the calculated values by Braag Law, andwith the incident angle increasing, a ble shift of the bandgap happened.(5) Aginghad no effect on the microstructure of colloid crystals. After500℃sintering,there were less defects and the structure was more closed. Correspondingly, bandgap had a blue shift and became more deeper and narrower.(6) Duringheterostructures colloidal crystal self-assembled, the obtained band gap was thesum of simple structure colloidal crystals bandgaps. The peaks corresponded toeach simple peak. And the band gap had nothing to do with self-assemblyedorder. |
