Hall voltage will be affected by the structural dimensions of the Hall component,such as the length to width ratio, the thickness, the length and the width of theelectrode of the Hall component. This paper creatively puts forward the PbSecolloidal quantum dot hall element. Mainly research PbSe colloidal quantum dots andthe synthesis method of PbSe colloidal quantum dots.And By improving activationtreatment method of the PbSe colloidal quantum dots, we improve its volt-amperecharacteristics. And established the theory of hall feature model on PbSe colloidalquantum dot material.In this essay uses the ANSYS software to simulate the size and the performanceof the Hall component. Conducted with the ANSYS software emulation the Hallvoltage generated by different conditions, then can be more intuitive and accura teanalysis of the physical that impact of the Hall component. Using the MATLABsoftware easier to implement the design of complex algorithms. Using the MATLABsoftware to design the program of Genetic algorithms, calling the ANSYS softwarefor the modeling of the corresponding Hall component array and obtain thecorresponding Hall voltage. Using the MATLAB software to design the program ofGenetic algorithms,calling the ANSYS software for the modeling of the Hallcomponent array and obtaining the corresponding Hall voltage. The ANSYS softwaregives the Hall voltage to the MATLAB software to obtain the best value. Acceleratethe design process of the hall element.In the present design, only can determine the impact of a single factor. Thendetermine the best combination of influencing factors by empirical way which makesdifficult to obtain the best combination and a long design cycle. Genetic algorithm is akind of simulation natural evolution of bionic algorithm which mimics the mechanism is the generation and evolution of all life and intelligence. It will incentive goodstructures by the principle of Darwin’s "survival of the fittest. Through the simulationMendel’s theory of genetic variation to keep the existing structure in the iterationprocess while looking for better. Transformed the factors influence into Ndimensional variable problem by the genetic algorithm and obtain the bestcombination by the genetic evolution method. The algorithm converges fast andcomputing precision. Providing the theoretical basis for the design of the miniaturehall element array.
