This research is based on the data, which included daily precipitation from17monitoring stations in Hubei Province.Annual, seasonal and monthly eigenvalues from each station, together with the eigenvalues in each year have been counted. And those will be important line of this thesis. In this article are many calculate methods used, for example, Kriging space interpolating value technology, Linear regression method,Accumulative anomaly curve, Wavelet Analysis Method, etc. With these method are the spacial and timely situations, both with mutational stations, analysed. Also has the relationship between rainfall erosion force and rainfall distribution be discussed. The main result of this thesis inlude:1.Between year1989-2008in Hubei Province, the distribution of annualy rainfall desreased from south-east to northwest,2.Based on the analysis of the related rainfall matieral in year1989-2008, the main station of four seasons’rainfall in Hubei is that, the highest level in both quantity and frequency of precipitaion is in summer, follow that is spring, autumm and winter. The distribution of the quantity and frequency of precipitaion in different seasons has apparent differences, however the main trend is "south more than north",3.Unter seperated research has a result be found about the consistency in quantity and frequency of precipitaion, that a same temple exists between the amout and the frequency of rainfall, and the mainly cycle is2years,4.Based on the available data has the situation of rainstorm be studied. The result shows that the distribution of annual rainfall has the same temple with the amount of rainstorm, however, has no relationship the frequency of the rainstorm. That means, the strength of the rainstorm influences the whole result of rainfall,5. The result also shows that the rain erosion force is spacialy identical with the distribution of rainfall and rainstorm. The highest point in the southeast and southwest of Hubei Province, and the lowest point in the north part of Hubei.6. The soil and water loss has direct relationship with the rainfall and rainstorm in Hubei Province. The analysis on temporal and spatial variation of the rainfall shows a practical signification to soil and water conservation.
