Land subsidence is a common geological disaster in the world. It has become oneof important geological disasters in our country and it had serious impact on China’seconomic and social sustainable development. Differential interferometry syntheticaperture radar technology (D_InSAR) can measure small surface deformation. It is animportant means of the surface deformation information extraction at home andabroad because of its Specific advantages that traditional methods don’t have, such asit can measure all day, all-weather, high speed, low cost and wide coverage.In order to solve the traditional D_InSAR technology’s problems while it dealswith long time series of SAR images, such as time-consuming, low efficiency andhigh degree of visual, low intelligent degree and the Radarsat-2data’s orbitparameters cannot be estimated correctly. Paper on three aspects of D_InSARprocessing methods in depth research, including the interference pair to theoptimization of selection methods, Radarsat-2image space baseline error removingmethod and settlement information identification method based on the trend analysis.And based on the differential interference technology in the "two course" mode, theexperiment used30m resolution of Radarsat-2data quickly and accurately to extractthe Fuyang area of the surface deformation information, and the result is consistentwith actual data. Results are as follows:(1) Based on clustering analysis principle and by using the optimization of theseasons change time factor can effectively select appropriate SAR interference pair,and it laid a good data foundation for the follow-up data processing;(2) Proposed the method of removing the error of Radarsat-2image spacebaseline. First we should get phase wrapped figure. Second we should choose aninteresting area, and then carry on the quadric surface fitting for areas of interest toremove the Radarsat-2image space baseline error;(3)The research indicates that trend analysis method can quickly and accuratelyidentify settlement information, and the method shows a strong advantage in judgingthe subsidence, sedimentation property and subsidence range aspects;(4) Base on the differential interference technology in the "two track" model andthe research method was applied, paper extracted the settlement information of Fuyang area by using Radarsat-2data, and obtained good application effect.
