Eight-bank Orthonormal Wavelets With Linear Phase

The general construcction of compactly supported8-bank orthonormal wavelet-s with linear phase are mainly studied in this thesis.In the beginning,wavelet anal-ysis theory and its application history are introduced.The2-bank orthonormal wavelets theory is sketched,the basic concept od multibank orthonormal wavelets and their nature are summarized.The paper focuses on the compactly supported8-bank orthonormal wavelets with linear phase,then another a general kind of such wavelets are studied, gives the structure of the filter, is length of16and24concrete instance is given, and draw the corresponding image.
