Recently a new tungsten-copper ore deposit with large-super mineralizationpotential was discovered in Zhuxi Area, Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province. Determinethe basic characteristics of the deposit and the origin and evolution of granite thatassociated with the mineralization and the mineralization age has a very importantguiding role in further exploration work. In this paper, we focus on Zhuxi deposit thegeological characteristics, the geochemical and geochronological of granite, themetasomatism geochemical, the primary halo to do the research, Then we finallyarrived at the following conclusion:1) Zhuxi is located within a favorable metallogenic area where have multiplemetallogenic belt aspect superimposed. The NE trending structures control theforming ore belt based on the nappe structure. Here formed a superlargetungsten-copper deposit. Wall rock alteration associated with the Zhuxi tungstencopper ore deposit is dominanted by, skarnization, marbleization, sericitization, tremolite zation, serpentinization and talcization.2) Zhuxi tungsten copper ore deposit skarn alteration zones can be divided intoseven zones, corresponding to the seven mineralization stages.3) In general, it can be found serpentinization and carbonation in Zhuxi Granite; In the geochemical characteristics, It exhibits that high silicon and alkali, low calciumand magnesium, depleted in Ti, Mn, P, Ba, K and Fe, enriched in U and Ta, low Nb/Taand Zr/Hf ratio in geochemical characteristics. The performance proved that Zhuxigranites go to the crustal remelting type and peraluminous characteristics. Bymeasuring granite zircon U-Pb ages, its diagenetic age was147Ma. This achievementis also locked the mineralization age of the tungsten deposit.4) According to the study of primary halo of Zhuxi tungsten copper ore deposit,We found that magma intrusion to the south east surface from the north west deep part. The ore-forming elements enriched in different parts of the underground and formeddeposit. Then we can see specific distribution form of elements in space. In the samesection more to the north west, high temperature elements based on W are moreenriched; But this performance appeared in the southwest direction in the plane;Overall, more to the deep, W-based high-temperature elements are more enriched. Bycomparison, the middle temperature based on Cu shallow. 5) We may finally draw the metallogenic model of Zhuxi as follow: First, it tookplace napping and compressing tectonic event based on conditions of regionalgeological. Next, This north east tectonic activity resulted in deep magmatic activity. Then, the magmatic activity area became a mineralization and heat source center, itformed tremolite, diopside and garnet skarn minerals in this round. Finally, theformation of a variety of mineral assemblages as the end of the mineralization stage.
