Organisms live in a constantly changing environment. How organisms to adapt the new environment is the need to ensure their own survival. It is an important feature called adaptability of organisms to adapt various reactions of biological systems. However, the study adaptability of organisms is an extremely complex problem. For complex networks of biological systems can be studied by simplifying the network nodes. The more typical situation is to study of the three nodes enzyme networks. There are lots of interactions between networks of a biological system. Here, we only investigate the adaptability of three-node enzyme networks with only three connected in this paper. Specifically, we were conducted two aspects of investigation on the adaptability about the network interaction enzyme networks: Firstly, we investigate the interaction of two identical structure adaptive networks (NFBLB and IFFLP), specifically, a NFBLB enzyme network weakly promotes or inhibits a same structure NFBLB enzyme network. Secondly, we investigate the interaction of two different structure adaptive networks of NFBLB and IFFLP, specifically, a NFBLB enzyme network weakly promotes or inhibits a structure of IFFLP enzyme network. Here, we come to conclusions about adaptability of the interaction three nodes enzyme networks, specifically, the adaptability will be keeped when the original good structure network weakly promots the another good structure network, and the adaptability will become worse when the original good structure network inhibits the another good structure network.
