Nowadays our world is in the era of rapid development,followed by a large consumption of human resources,Renewable resources on land has become less and less,while the ocean which occupy more than70percent of earth’s surface. has a very rich resources,such as chemical energy,wave energy and marina, mineral resources hidden in the deep seabed,etc..The exploitation of marine resources is already a common choice of the world,but we have to face the huge difficulty in exploitation of marine resources.How much we know about the marine environment determines the difficulty of marine resources development.Beacon as an buoy systems which helps to retrieve the monitoring of marine environment receive more and more attention.It works more efficiently and conveniently.In this paper, directing at the function of beacon machine, Design two kinds of beacon system with different ways of working and function features. Apply different beacon to improve the efficiency of retrieving according to different environments and different requirements, so as to promote the development of marine environmental monitoring technologies. Two different ways of working beacons are: beacons with both High bright LED indication and wireless direction finder and beacons with both High bright LED indication and Iridium communications(GPS positioning). This paper focusing on the following sections gives a detailed description.Firstly, this paper analyzed the present investigation and development status of beacon at home and abroad. For the special marine environment where beacon works,the paper raised two beacon machine systems with different ways of working and function features, and also generally described the main research content.In addition,the paper raised the performance index of the beacon system in the subject design by analyzing the performance characteristics of foreign-related products.And also gave the overall scheme of the system.For the key technologies used in the system, a detailed introduce, the selection of the key modules and the main features of the subject design were given in this paper.Moreover,the paper gave the hardware and software design total block diagram of the system.Hardware design, for the important hardware module circuit: STM32main controller circuit, power circuit, XBee module circuit, Iridium circuit module, GPS module circuit, LCD module driving circuit a detailed description was given by the signal strength indicator circuit.At the same time, the paper\also gave the detailed introduction of the seal technology of the system and the bottom switch structure design of the pressure warehouse. Software design, equally important for the function modules:Iridium module communication, XBee module communication,GPS module communication, LCD driving and a detailed process flow diagram and specific method was given by the low power design of system software.Finally, debug from the hardware,software components of the system. set up test environment, test all the function of the system at the environment of the laboratory to verify the design of beacon in this paper would reach the initial design requirements, while the paper summarized the subject design,raised the deficiencies of the design and the further improvement.
