Taipingling metallogenic belt is one of the important copper-gold mineralizationconcentration area in the Marginal-Pacific belt.Taipingling metallogenic belt isgeotectonically located in the east of DunMi Fault and it is seated in TaiPingling Upliftnorth of China-North Korea palaeoplate, and north of the belt is Jiamusi terrane. There aremany types of gold deposits (points) in this area,81deposits and more than10placergold deposits have been found here. The total proven reserve of gold is more than200tons, and the placer gold is up to35tons. The comprehensive study shows that the regionhas a good ore potential.Epithermal and porphyry-type deposits are major ones in this metallogenic belt, among which, the typical deposits include the Jinchang oversize gold deposit, theXiaoxinancha large gold-copper deposit, the Ciweigou gold deposit, the Naozhigoucopper-gold deposit, the Jiusangou gold-copper deposit, the Duhuangling gold-copperdeposit and the Nongping gold-copper deposit. We summaried the distribution pattern of deposit metallogenic belt according to thestudy above and combined with the output location of the deposits. On the basis of themetallogenic regularity achievements, we delineated8metallogenic predictin districts ofJinchang-Laoheishan, Xiaoxinancha-Dabeicheng, Longyan-Miantian, Ciweigou-Xidapo,Jiusangou-Mihong town,South placer trench-HePing linchang, Taoyuan Village-Shengli brigade ginseng field and north-south placer gold trench-Fenglin forest, and pointed outthe types of deposit that are searching for in the various metallogenic prediction districts. All of these has laid the foundation for the subsequent gold mine prospecting deploymentof the study area.
