Air freight system is an important component of the transport system. Withthe development of global economy, more and more city added to this system.The air cargo system presents the scale and standardization trends. So the transitionbecome from a simple system to a highly sophisticated system. Therefore the system itself exhibit complex network characteristics. Because of the mode of transport is efficient, convenient and high-tech, so the air cargo system brought more social and economic benefit and profound social impact far beyond other transportation system. Therefore,the healthy development of the air cargo system is very important. On the one hand, it is important for the country’s aviation security.Because in the intense international competition, the national transportation network is more stable and reliable, the regional development of security is more reliable, the international competitiveness of its is more probably to improve. On the other hand, air freight network is so convenient to our lives, let us enjoy the happiness that never feel.These years the climate change caused by economic development brought great challenges to people’s daily life. Air cargo system affected by weather disastersand man-made disasters. The normal economic activities not securable. In orderto improve the stability of aviation freight network, this paper use complex network theory as the basis, select the world aviation freight transportation system and China aviation freight transportation system as the research object, model andnumerical analysis of actual system by using Pajek software, meature the structural characteristics and network characteristics of two big aviation freight system,found the key impact of topology on network performance. According to previous research experience, clearly appropriate the robustness evaluation indexes of the air freight system and the establishment of index system.Then the world aviation freight system and China air freight system are suffered from random interferenceand jamming effect for two kinds of ways, affecting three damage to the air cargo system.Through the Pajek numerical calculation and Matlab function fitting, vi sually show the influence of two major aviation freight system, summed up the parameter changes under different disturbance of the two systems, according to influence degree,proposed infoemation that can improve the robustness of air freight system, and the planning, construction, and provide suggestions on protection the link of air freight system.
