People always think that the wetland has abundant species, is one of the highest species diversity habitat. Wuliangsuhai Lake is a large lake of rare earth in arid and semi-arid area, and belongs to the largest wetland area of the same latitude area, so in this paper, take the Liangsuhai for example, research the level of Wuliangsuhai wetland plant species diversity. By the species accumulation curve of those habitats and choose the optimal fitting equation, estimating the number of species saturation, compare the number of species saturation and the actual record values beteween each habitat species,find that the estimates for the number of species saturation is close to the actual record values, and species richness of Wuliangsuhai wetland is minimum. In terms of the comparative study of the habitat, Wuliangsuhai wetland plant species diversity is lowest, the same wetland-Dalinor wetland plant species diversity is also lower than in the eastern region of Inner Mongolia ancient GusTaishan forest steppe, Wulagai meadow steppe plant species, showing that the understanding of wetland species rich seems to be biased. Wuliangsuhai regional species diversity is minimum, and lead to the lowest the species diversity causes mainly including: 1) Wuliangsuhai locates the arid regions, less regional precipitation, evaporation is very strong, resulting in the precipitation becomes a limiting factor for the plant to become an important reason for restricting the level of species diversity.2) The Wuliangsuhai Lake area belongs to saline habitat, water and soil salinization plays an important role in limiting the survival of plants in the habitat, and the eutrophication of Wuliangsuhai water seriously exacerbate soil salinization, affecting the Wuliangsuhai wetland plant species diversity.3) Human disturbance for habitat in Wuliangsuhai such as grazing, farming, so Wuliangsuhai wetland habitat is destroyed, so biennial plants occupy in a higher proportionin, perennial plant become less, and resulting Wuliangsuhai Lake wetland in the lower species diversity.
