Many real-life systems can be described by complex networks. For example, in the field of social network, the movie actor network, scientists cooperation network, e-mail network and the student networks, etc. In recent years, the study of complex network theory has made breakthrough progress. Some classical complex network model has been proposed and these models are also has a very wide range of applications.Classic does not mean perfection. BA scale-free network model and fitness model has some problems. In the growth process of the two models, they were only considered the intrinsic properties of the nodes already in network, and ignored the new node that will add in the network intrinsic properties. Each node represents a real person. People have their own initiative, their own preferences and interested. So considered the interests of the nodes that will add in the network are necessary.The proposed model has the following two aspects of innovation.(1) In the growth process of the network, BA scale-free network model and fitness models are also considered that reach node should obey the uniformly distributed. Therefore, in the network growth stage, every time, there is only one node into the network of the two models. But many studies show that reach nodes should obey the Poisson distribution. Therefore, this paper introduces the property of reach nodes obey Poisson distribution.(2) Taking into account the new nodes added to the network should have their own interest, This paper presents a fitness model based on the value of interest. Discusses some of the problems, such as the necessity of introducing the value of interest, how to select the value of interest, how to create the interest model. Also used a lot of space to do demonstration and experiment. Finally, by comparing the test, prove the validity of the fitness model based on the value of interest.
