In May12,2008, the world was shocked by the512WenChuan earthquake in Sichuan Province Wenchuan city. The earthquake has caused a series of secondary geological disasters, including Wenjiagou landslide. Because of its huge size and sliding distance, causing great loss of life and property.Win wide attention in the domestic and foreign scholars. This paper is mainly based on the collected remote sensing images and terrain data. Completed the topographicmap before and after the earthquake. Then change the topographic map by fileconversion function into the.shp which ArcGis can identify. Complete DEM before and after the earthquake based on the function in ArcGis of Create TINand TIN to Raster. Based on the DEM before and after the earthquake, attached the elevation from DEM to the remote sense images of Wenjiagou by Arcscene. Format the3D visibility graph before and after the earthquake. Reproduced the real scene before the Wenjiagou landslide. Then based on the finished DEM, creat TIN by elevation change. Dividethe Wenjiagou landslide area into3zones—the slide zone, accumulation zoneand The non sliding zone. Divide the DEM into a number of grid, extract the elevation of each grid. Calculate the earth volume change of earth grid. Add all volumes together to get the Wenjiagou landslide volume. Then based onthe grid model, calculate the landslide slop by three order inverse distance square weight difference algorithms. Divide the slop into4levels. Analyze the slop change through quantitative analysis method. Finally, selecting5points whichcan best reflect the characteristics of the landslide. Connecting the5points into section line and draw landslide profile before and after earthquake. Then doa comparative analysis of the landslide profile before and after earthquake.
