As the Networked control systems(NCSs) development and improvement, it include Fieldbus control system(FCS), Centralized control system(CCS), Decentralized control system(DCS) and other systems in many aspects, such as system structure, function, control technology, etc. So some network control system does not have features that the normal system has, such as integrity, steadiness, certainty and causality, etc. If consider singular networked control system as normal system, it must lost some important information. Therefore, research on singular networked control systems with packet disordering is necessary.Insertion of the network, it is inevitable that network-induced delay, packet dropout, packet disordering and other unexpected facts exist in NCSs, which may inevitably degrade performance of the control systems or even make the control systems unstable, such that the analysis and design of the control systems become complex. Packet disordering has seriously affected the performance index of End-user. Therefore, research on singular network control system has practical significance.Firstly, for a class of regular, impulse-free singular network control system, consider the case of single packet transmission with packet disordering, to select the latest signal as actuators input, according to delay of each packet, a function which can describe the single packet transmission with packet disordering of this system was proposed. Basing on the function, a new mathematical model can give out, which can describe the problem of packet disordering and effectively eliminate the impact packet disordering on the performance of systems.Secondly, because of the delay of the signal are time-varying, the model proposed can transform into uncertain system. Further more, the robust stability of this system is discussed, and an LMI method is given for the controller design. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.Finally, for a class of singular network control system of multi-packet transmission with packet disordering, some reasonable assumptions are given. The model above-mentioned is expanded to this system. A numerical example is given, too.
